Walk around the left side of the building and go up the first staircase, suite #98 is at the top on the right hand side. The gardener is included in the rent of $3250.00 per month for a minimum of 12 months but we can lock in the rent for up to 40 months, if you wish, with no rent increase - just let us know when you apply. You need not be concerned about yard care and the yard is automatically watered.
