In fact, the entire home faces south towards the ocean and is mostly glass! Quiet is MOST critical for our new resident, who also needs to be with us for a minimum of 12 months, but we can also lock in the rent for you, without a rent increase, for up to 36 months, if you wish. The rent is $1800.00 per month and smoking can not be allowed on the property. Guarantors/co-signors are normally not accepted for this home. Quite is of our up-most concern!
