Rents based on occupancy costs of 1 person per bedroom. Fewer or more people change that rate up or down by $50/person based on the number of people, up to a maximum of 2 people per bedroom plus one person

Vicious/aggressive/barkers/puppies/strong dog breeds cannot be allowed IF a property considers a pet; rent/deposit increase by $50/pet/mo+renters ins+pet must be neutered

Smoking is simply Not Allowed inside or outside. Underage alcohol drinking and illegal drug use are illegal - and not tolerated

IF provided, you may use reverse osmosis, a soft water conditioner, alarm system or any other type of supplied 'added system' so long you pay for operating/ maintaining the appliance or paying an appropriate fee. Owner/Agent is not liable for the upkeep, maintenance or replacement of any such service/appliance and shall not be held liable for associated damages/expense
