Rental rates are based on average occupancy costs of 1 person per bedroom. Fewer or additional people may change that rate based on the number of people, up to a maximum of 2 people per bedroom plus one person - occupancy rent is set at time of occupancy and may change if the number of occupants change

Smoking is Not Allowed. Underage alcohol drinking and illegal drug use are illegal - not tolerated on our properties

Vicious/agressive/strong dog breeds or barkers cannot be allowed IF a property considers a dog; rent increases by $50/mo/pet+renters ins is required

IF provided, you may use reverse osmosis, a soft water conditioner, alarm system or any other type of supplied 'added system' so long you pay for operating/ maintaining the appliance or paying an appropriate fee. Owner/Agent is not liable for the upkeep, maintenance or replacement of any such service/appliance and shall not be held liable for associated damages/expense
